Late American Classical Mahogany Pembroke Table. The drop-leaf top with single drawer, on a pedestal acanthus carved support resting on a base with four scrolled feet, casters. Circa 1840. {Approximate dimensions with leaves down: 29 high x 42 wide x 22 1/4 inches deep, each leaf adds 11 1/4 inches.}. Condition: Various ages of surface scratches to the top, some stains and wear to the finish. Minor scuffs and wear to the base. Very minor veneer chip and repair to the base.
