Shipping Information

You have several options in getting your purchase to where it needs to go.

First,  you have the option to pick up your purchase at our main showroom location in Los Angeles. Please make a "Will Call" appointment using our Appointment Calendar before coming.

Alternatively we can make arrangements to either have your purchase delivered to you "blanket wrapped" or boxed / crated and shipped to you via a common carrier or LTL freight company. We can provide you with a quote for the least cost, safest method of delivery.

There are many delivery services operating nationwide that can pick up at our showroom and "blanket wrap" your purchase and deliver it directly to you. Typically these service have many stops in between their trip from point A to point B so these services will have a longer delivery time than your other option.

Alternatively, we can box or crate your items and have them picked up and delivered by a LTL trucking line such as Fed Ex Freight. These services are fast - typically just 1 week from coast to coast and much less for points in between.

Typically the box / crate LTL trucking is more cost effective and more reliable for just one, two or a few small items. When multiple pieces are purchased the "blanket wrap" nationwide delivery services work better.

For each item posted on our website we provide an estimated shipping cost based on our shipping experiences. Since the shipping cost can vary widely depending on a number of factors listed below, we will be able to quote a more exact shipping cost once we are provided with the following information regarding the ship to location:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Commercial or residential location?
  • Sidemark (if any)?
  • Lift gate required at receiving location?
  • Uncrating services required?
  • Inside delivery required?
  • Number of flights of stairs?
