COMMENTS: A rural farmstead scene with chickens in the foreground and a figure outside farm buildings. Signed lower right and dated 1916. The dimensions of the work itself are 16 x 12 inches. Very good condition. Examination under black light reveals minor inpainting along the extreme upper left edge approximately 1/2 in from the edge and 3 inches in total length along that edge. No other inpainting, touch-up, repair. No damage or loss
